Where it ranks in wp.org search
Main keywords, best position first
- #5 noto serif Down 1
- #9 noto sans Down 2
Tags still to break into the top 24: font library, fonts, japanese.
What to fix first
- 1
Add “noto serif” and “noto sans” to your wp.org tags
You rank #5 and #9 for them without listing them, close enough for a declared tag to move you up. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so with 4 listed these are the slots worth spending.

Collect the first reviews
A short in-plugin prompt after a success moment is the usual way. Reviews give the listing a rating people trust at install time.

Readme fails 2 of 8 AI readiness checks
OpportunityAI assistants recommend what they can quote. Failing: says what it does and names who it is for. Short description names no action; say what the plugin does for the site.
What to do: Rewrite the readme so each failed check passes: say the job in the first line, answer real questions in the FAQ, name who it is for and what it works with, and use headings and lists. For the same check on your plugin's own website, run the free AI visibility scan from AgentVania.
