wp.org removes plugins for security issues, guideline violations, or at the author's request, and warns nobody. A site keeps running a pulled plugin with no signal. These are the ones we've caught, newest first, 4 tracked in all.

Closure date and reason come from the WordPress.org plugin API. “Installs” is the last active-install count we saw before the plugin was pulled, i.e. roughly how many sites are still running it.
