What to fix first
- 1
Use all 5 tags
1 of 5 tags set. Each tag is another search the plugin can match.
- 2
Add “news magazine” to your wp.org tags
You rank #8 for it without listing it, close enough for a declared tag to move you up. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so with 1 listed it's a slot worth spending.
- 3
Readme fails 8 of 8 AI readiness checks
Rewrite the readme so each failed check passes: say the job in the first line, answer real questions in the FAQ, name who it is for and what it works with, and use headings and lists.

Collect the first reviews
A short in-plugin prompt after a success moment is the usual way. Reviews give the listing a rating people trust at install time.

What we found
Readme fails 8 of 8 AI readiness checks
Needs workAI assistants recommend what they can quote. Failing: says what it does, has a faq, faq asks real questions, names who it is for, names what it works with, headings and lists, enough to quote and tags match the text. Short description is 30 characters, too short to say what the plugin does.
What to do: Rewrite the readme so each failed check passes: say the job in the first line, answer real questions in the FAQ, name who it is for and what it works with, and use headings and lists. For the same check on your plugin's own website, run the free AI visibility scan from AgentVania.
