Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from. The recent download trend is too spiky to read.

Mixed Support gone quietPraiseOnboarding

Reviewers are split, one calls it a small plugin that works fine with the shortcode, while others say it's just a demo and that support went slow and never got the search working.

We had high hopes for AddSearch, but unfortunately, it failed to meet our expectations. Despite initial discussions, their team was unable to properly adjust the tool to work with our website. We encountered multiple issues, and the promised solutions never materialized. Communication was slow, and in the end, we were left without a functional search solution. To make matters worse, we still had to pay for the subscription, even though the tool never worked for us. If your website has specific requirements, be very cautious before signing a contract with them, as they may not be able to deliver what you need. Definitely not the seamless experience we were hoping for.

Does not belong here, it’s just a demo.
