   ASM is a great plug in and they are super helpful not just during the setup process but anytime that you need help. This is a fairly easy plug-in to set up and it has helped our customers receive not just shipping rates but pricing for duties and taxes. This is a great tool as we ship internationally frequently.

   I maintain a large e-commerce site with thousands of products and some very complex shipping rules. We moved to Advanced Shipping Manager after trying a few other shipping and LTL freight plugins that were never quite a perfect fit. Now that we’ve made the switch to ASM, I’m confident that it’s the correct solution that we’ve been searching for. The plugin itself is extremely powerful and flexible, and supports all kinds of shipping methods and setups. But what has really set ASM apart from other companies offering shipping and freight plugins is their top-tier support team, who has been willing to consider our site’s unique needs and suggest configurations and customizations that will accomplish what we want to do. ASM is absolutely worth the reasonable fees that they charge and I look forward to working with them for a long time to come.

   I have been working with e-commerce platforms for over 20 years. This is by far the best app and more importantly, the best support of any tech I have ever used to add functionality to a web site. The ability to schedule support and have a talented and understanding professional, who knows the shipping industry as well as this company, allows you to grow your business to new levels. No matter what complex shipping rules you need, or how unique you think your needs are, the staff either already knows a fix ahead of time or they will develop multiple solutions that you can choose from.
