This is a horible setup. In order to get the plugin to work you must also have 2 other plugins from this author installed. The other 2 plugins basically do nothing on their own except allow THIS ONE to work…shameful!

Takes some time and effort to customize, but offers an almost unlimited amount of options. Additional contact method fields can be added to the WordPress user profile page by also using “Author Box Reloaded Pack“. Works perfectly with the “Simple Local Avatars” plugin.
