Biggest opportunity: Swap “notification” for “items”. “notification” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “items” sits at #21 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.
Install conversion
How it's measured →1.6%
of downloads still active
At least 20K of 1.2M lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Uncategorized plugin keeps 0.6%, across 17,784 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Uncategorized plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 25 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

It’s a great module with great functionality, but it needs some attention from support. I hope they continue to support it.

The plugin notification for product subscriptions works when the product is out of stock. However, when the product is restocked, an automatic in-stock mail notification is not sent to the subscribers. The most important feature or functionality of this website is not working. I tried to contact live support and email them about the issue but they will never respond. Poor plugin support and plugin functionality is not working. You hardly find a plugin with everything in its right place, thought through and with all settings clearly explained! The setup was a breeze, everything worked out of the box. I was looking for a good back-in-stock plugin due to GDPR concerns in the EU. This one has everything AND the Pro version lets you switch modules on/off as needed. I had one question concerning automated API stock import. The awesome customer support helped out immediately with a solution.

The plugin works great. The interface sometimes should be a bit overwhelming but it’s ok. The support was fast and it helped me to solve my issues. Thanks!
