Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

Bit Flows is an excellent tool for automation. It’s easy to use, powerful, and saves me a lot of time in my workflow. The interface is clean, the features are well thought out, and everything works smoothly. The support team is also responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

I received feature improvements surprisingly fast multiple times, and the support team was exemplary. What else could it be other than a solid five-star review? The plugin has huge potential. Once the required authentications are set up (which you cannot really avoid elsewhere either), building complex automations becomes surprisingly simple — in many cases even easier than with some larger automation SaaS platforms. A big plus is the built-in AI Agent support, including OpenRouter integration. And this is not just another “AI-powered” label added for marketing — it is a real AI agent implementation that can actually become part of workflows and make decisions. What makes it even better is that the developers genuinely listen to feedback and clearly keep iterating and improving the product.

I’ve been using Bit Flows Pro extensively for our organization (Zeer Group) and also recommending it to students learning WordPress automation. First, credit where it’s due:Bit Flows is insanely powerful for the price-to-performance ratio. The workflow flexibility, WooCommerce integrations, and automation potential are genuinely impressive. Support was also very responsive and helpful throughout our discussion. However, there are 3 major WooCommerce limitations that seriously need improvement that other competitors have had from the beginning: WooCommerce Cart Abandonment TriggerThere is currently no proper cart abandonment tracking trigger for: Guest users Logged-in users This is a critical feature for modern WooCommerce marketing automation and should ideally support tracking + recovery workflows. Delay Node Needs Major UpgradeThe current delay node is too limited for real marketing automation use cases. Needed features: Trigger workflow on a specific DATE & TIME Stop execution after scheduled run Better scheduling controls Right now, advanced campaign workflows require awkward workarounds like manually changing order statuses. Customer Filtering by ProductBit Flows can send bulk emails, but there’s no clean native method to: Filter WooCommerce customers by Product ID/Product Name Run scheduled email campaigns to those customers Example:If Product PR1 was sold from May 9–15, I should be able to easily send a campaign only to PR1 buyers on May 24. Currently this requires workaround logic instead of a dedicated solution. Overall:Bit Flows already has the power to compete with much larger automation platforms. These features would massively improve WooCommerce marketing workflows and make the platform even stronger for serious businesses and educators. Special thanks to the support team for taking the feedback seriously and discussing possible future improvements.

I support a county fair held once a year. Spaces are sold to exhibitors and several wanted an invoice. I used Zapier during my trial period with them. I found it hard to use and the price is high to stay with them. I was looking for something inexpensive that would allow me to automate invoices. I found Bit Flo Pro to be exactly what I wanted. It is easy to use. The customer support is fast and very helpful

I’m fairly new to the automation game, so I was simply testing out some potential scenarios on a dummy website. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get anything to work. The BitApps team went the extra mile in helping me figure out the problem, and were super nice along the way. That makes a huge difference when dealing with any support person on such technical issues. They actually cared and were genuinely happy when everything was resolved. If you are going to spend your hard-earned money on a plugin, be sure to choose one with a great team behind it. In this case look no further than BitApps.

I’m using Bit Flows with Voxel and it’s exactly what I needed to handle complex logic on my site. The visual builder makes everything so much easier to understand. I’ve even been able to incorporate Gemini into my workflows and the performance is solid. Also, the support team is great—very responsive and they actually help you solve things. It’s a must-have tool if you want to automate your site without the stress.

Bit Flows is a very easy to use workflow builder that offers a very simple but powerful way to create automations in a wordpress installation. Creating new workflows is simple and visual, and permits links within the plugins installed as well as powerful integrations with many external systems. It has become my goto choice even for simple links as it seems to very lightweight on my websites compared to other tools that I have invested in. Strongly recommended!

I’m using Bit Flows mainly for automation between Amelia and Salesforce. Setup is straightforward and the flows work reliably once configured. I like that it’s not bloated and doesn’t slow down the site. Support is responsive and knows the product well. Overall, a solid automation plugin.
