   I discovered a critical bug in the RnB Booking plugin: when an order is set to “cancelled” in WooCommerce, the booked time slot is never released. This leads to overbooking – customers can book more items than actually exist. The root cause is clear: the hook woocommerce_order_status_cancelled is simply missing in the plugin code. The same logic exists for failed orders, but was never implemented for cancellations. When I tried to report this, I was told my 6-month support period had expired and I would need to pay €20 to extend support – just to report a bug in their code. I want to be fair: the plugin has many great features and works well in general. But asking paying customers to pay again just to submit a bug report is not acceptable. Bug reports benefit all users and should always be welcome, regardless of support status. I hope the developers will fix this in a future update. For rental businesses relying on this plugin, this bug is a real operational risk.

   I could easily set up rental and booking criteria by using this plugin. And this plugin is very easy to use for solving basic rental use cases. There are some scopes for improving hourly pricing use cases. Please have a look at this mentioned feature.
