How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

I am sure you need this plugin, but you may miss this opportunity, because of the plugin name. This plugin is not only for fan pages; you can create personal or professional pages or just a restricted group. It adds useful group controls (which can be extended) that allow to transform a group as you like. And it adds a button in the group directory to distinguish custom groups/pages from normal groups, so initiating two types of groups. You can imagine the potential if you have two types of users, for example people who collaborate on projects and professionals who provide them services and want a restricted group. The directory button helps to distinguish the second type. This plugin can help to restrict other plugins options also for example mediapress uploads…(line 174 using css) Unhopefully the plugin name is misleading and the plugin slug “fan-page” is inappropriate if you want to use it for more than fan pages. Dear users: I opened a thread here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/feedback-and-suggestions-3/ to convince the developer to unlock the potential of the plugin by renaming Labels and Slugs and probably by adding more options. Please test the plugin and write your opinion to support my recommendation if you see the potential I see. Many thanks @venutius
