   They do limit you to 1,000 website visitors…which I find ridiculous. They should limit the number of people actually signed up in your portal. I’d pass on this, problem is, there isn’t much better out there. Regardless, I’m not shelling out $69 a month for 10 signups. I’ll gladly pay when I have enough USERS, not mere website visitors, to support the price.

   They limited you to 1000 VISIOTRS until they lock your account and basically extort you to a $69 a month plan, which, by the numbers on that plan, isn’t enough for a site that gets over 15k visitors a month. It should be people who SIGN UP for the service, NOT visitors. Uninstalled, and Olga is a deflecting POS on their help team. AVOID!

   I was excited to use it, but the set up was a bit difficult to figure out. No guidelines on how to set up which points for what. Would have been helpful to see several different ways to set it up. The images are a bit childish. Biggest problem was that I wanted to try it, but since it was taking so long to set up and figure out how to use it I wanted to delete it from my site until it was all set up, but I can’t remove the darn thing. The popups are still coming up even though I’ve removed it from FTP. Would be better with faster, easier set up, not so many glitches, better images, and a better point system from the start. Great idea.. not great implementation.

   Love the premise but the flaws make it impossible to use. I was initially excited about them able to earn points for sharing as well as commenting but unhappy that they didn’t get points for posting. I also wasn’t happy with people mysteriously getting thousands of points in a day for doing very little. I could have lived with most of the above except for the fact that it makes my site take several seconds longer to load and if the captain up website is down, which it was several times last week, it keeps my front page partly loaded for close to a minute before it finally acknowledges it can’t load captain up and continues to load the page without it. I am losing way too much money being crippled and unable to load for such a long period. I may come back to it should they change it where my site isn’t dependent on their site loading to work.
