    Was getting headache because I couldn’t get it work. Thnx for this code! Now in 2014 it should be time for wordpress to grow up and make ‘stuff’ work out of the box when it really wants to be an adult CMS. Offering options to use CPT is one, but not able to show without any hassle (also for ‘regular’ end users) doesn’t make it user friendly at all and for sure not mature.
