   I went to try this out, the first thing I see is it wants a agreement to their site terms. From what I saw this doesn’t look like a plugin that runs locally and uses your own server and resources.

   This WordPress extension meets my expectations.Although there’s no way to automatically display one or all signatures and their comments on a WordPress page or post via the Civist plugin, I can extract them in CSV format for later use.On reflection, I find this even better, as I can select the results I want to display.This is a petition, not a survey.Also what is really appreciated is the support who is verry reactive.

   While I can’t speak to the donation features, I needed a simple petition form and this was very easy to setup. I had an issue post installation that was addressed and fixed via support (and within the 48 hour window for free users) Very helpful! thank you
