This easy-to-use plugin allows to create post categories in bulk and assign those categories to posts at the same time.

Even if you set “No” category, the plugin sets the “Uncategorized” category as the parent category. This is absurd, especially if you don’t know and you create hundreds of categories that you then have to arrange by hand!
