   An issue had occured after 3 years of using this plugin, likely as not as a result of a clash with an upgrade to another plugin, but this pluging was the only one that was reported as being an issue. The developers rersolved this the same day with an update.

   delete the demo slider and items, add a new slider, and it tells you to buy the commercial version if you want more than five items (you currently have NONE at this point) and won’t let you add ANY (not even just one) images to your new empty slider. needs work. too much greed. It looks great, but I can’t even demo the thing with a client’s images for a homepage slider

   Excellent service and support is not a given when buying plugins, but Simon went well beyond that. The slider itself is first class and does what I needed most which was to be able to show images with different ratios, both landscape and portrait without having to crop or resize, and not be restricted to a fixed width for each image, so no blank spaces. There’s a lot more to the slider that I haven’t even looked at yet, but what I am using is perfect. I think images and photos should be shown as they were intended, not cropped to a fixed ratio. Every image is unique and Creative Image Slider respects that. And it’s very cheap, and that’s without even going into the time saved not having to work out the best crop for each image.

   This is pice of great work! Very extensive plugin, with plenty options in order to customize your own slider. Very easy to implenet on wordpress site, intuitive menus. What is more author is openminded person for customer requests! – which is very important. Without any doubt I can recommend this plugin. Nice work!

   Was not pleased with the difficulty of use in the free version, if you want to see how it’d actually work you’d have to buy it, im not buying anything without knowing how it works inside and out, your demo is not sufficient.
