   I have yet to fully test this but, straight out of the box, it works. It is as simple as the instructions suggest: install, add the class = date/time picker.

   Excellent plugin for WP Forms and great support! I had an issue with the plugin and the creator was able to assist me and get my issues fixed. He even improved a feature of the plugin. I definitely recommend.
