Apologies to the support requests I missed – I did not have ’email me with new requests’ checked in my WP settings 🙁 I have addressed all the points raised and hope to get some better ratings in the future! Your interface is pretty good. However, the options aren’t versatile enough, and custom CSS isn’t on the form fields, nor on the button. Lastly, why multiple CSS entry areas? I’d try again if you made some improvments.
