Everything is in the title, they don’t reply when you ask them for added information and you can’t finally use their product the way it’s supposed to work. I bought their paid product (it includes the features of this free product). It never worked as explained in their doc. And when I asked them to explain how I could do what I would like to do with their plugin, they never replied…

This was a fun and useful plugin, but now that Elementor 2.5 has Motion Effects built-in, this Elementor only plugin probably should be taken down as it is almost 100% duplicate functionality to the native Motion Effects but not as good.
