   Ho installato questo plugin per gestire la fatturazione sul mio sito e, in occasione della primissima fattura, ho riscontrato un piccolo problema tecnico con il contatore della numerazione progressiva. Ho contattato l’assistenza e lo sviluppatore è stato incredibilmente gentile, professionale e super veloce! Ha capito subito il problema, mi ha aiutata a resettare la numerazione lato database e ho potuto inviare la fattura corretta allo SdI in pochissimo tempo. Trovare un plugin che non solo funziona bene, ma che offre un supporto così attento e rapido fa davvero la differenza per chi gestisce un business. Cinque stelle meritatissime, consigliatissimo!    Veramente stupita dalla velocità nel rispondere e prontezza nell’accogliere la richiesta del cliente. Ho installato il plugin a pagamento, l’ho provato e ho realizzato che mancava una funzione per me importante (n.d.r. mandare in fattura solo alcune categorie di prodotti, perchè altre vengono gestite col registro dei corrispettivi). Ho scritto e non solo mi hanno risposto subito, ma hanno anche implementato subito un aggiornamento al software per aggiungere questa funzione. Una cosa mai vista, in genere la risposta è “passiamo la tua richiesta ai nostri sviluppatori” e addio… Invece qui soluzione immediata. Siccome però potreste non trovarla facilmente, sappiate che se andate nelle categorie dei prodotti lì potrete selezionare se ogni categoria attiva easy fattura oppure no.Grazie!
