   Massively overcharges for international shipping. Their 1st tier support team could not solve the issue after many rounds of emails, and finally gave up; they pushed it to the next level of support. Then it took far too long for the next level support to get back to us (weeks). When they did, they asked us to collect some data on test orders, etc., basically the same set of data that we had already given them weeks ago. Nevermind! Moved on to Shippo which handles the same international orders with no issues.

   I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews because everything worked great for me with our WordPress site… however I’m only 3 days in. I’m a developer and have setup ShipSation in the past. This was way easier, and it’s really nice that they have a free option for small stores getting started. It helped save my client about $2.50 per shipment! Worked great with the cheep label printer and streamlined the whole fullfilment process. We are just using flat rate on the front end, so I can’t speak to setting up live rates on the front end, but my experience with ShipStation was not good for that either. UPS constantly disconnected (which was UPS not the shipping tool)

   Seeing the live shipping rates during checkout has been instrumental for our store! Note: Although this is a review solely on the WooCommerce/WP plugin, I should add that the EasyShip web app itself can sometimes be slow, making it frustrating when needing to work on multiple orders/shipments.

   I am a paid customer. During our Black Friday sale, live shipping rates abruptly ceased to function. I did not make any changes to my website. It is not the first time something like this has happened; I’ve had syncing issues and also addressed recognition issues causing errors nonstop. No update has been received since I contacted support. Just automated responses from them. This is super urgent. I ditched for Shippo. This topic was modified 1 year, 8 months ago by cramirezcruz.
