   This company does not disclose all the costs of using their “free” payment processing plugin and by the time you find out, your money is already locked up by them! They do not let you know in advance as it’s nowhere written in their website, neither they mention in any communications with them, that they will lock up your processed credit card sales for a whole 30 days! They also don’t disclose anywhere at anytime that they charge US$50 to transfer the money of your sales to your bank account! AND, if you want to have their absurd US$50 transfer fee waived, they require an additional 30 days wait, making it a total of 60 days hold on your money before you can “fully” receive it! Given that this company (EBANX) is headquartered in Brazil, they have to do an international transfer of your payments, for which they charge an absurd US$50 fee! This fee is in addition to whatever other fees you’ll pay to your local bank for receiving international transfers! Once their plugin process a credit card sale at your website, they will hold on to that entire sale money (not just their fee) for an entire 30 days before you can receive it! After that 30-day wait, if you want them to waive their absurd US$50 fee to transfer your sales proceeds to you, they will require you to wait an additional 30 days (so 60 days wait in total), else they will deduct US$50 from your sales proceeds to cover their absurd imposed fee! If you get mad and ask them to close your account and send your money, they will simply ignore you and NEVER respond your messages, demonstrating a total lack of integrity and full disclosure. Whatever contract you sign with them is void by their lack of full disclosure! By not disclosing all their fees openly, you make an uninformed decision to use this “free” plugin!    This plugin throws an error as soon as I try to activate it. Indicates that the woocommerce plugin must be activated in order to work. The woocommerce plugin is already installed and works perfectly, but it is not recognized by ebanx. It would be very useful for the Latin American market if it really worked

   I’m highly disappointed with this plugin, for several reasons, as follows: It has a history of malfunctioning and defacing the purchase form making it impossible for the buyers to proceed with the purchase. Their fees to transfer your sales money is gruesomely expensive and it eats up a good portion of your sales, and god forbid your sales don’t cover these fees, they put your account on a negative balance, literally stealing your sales profit to cover their expensive fees. Their dashboard does not have clear and complete instructions. Technical support refers to the dashboard for reading of information that is simply not there. They are too slow to respond to problems and take several days to give an unclear and/or unsatisfactory response. They hold on to your profits from sales through a credit card for 30 days! Changing a bank account is a tedious and frustrating process and hardly anything makes good sense. As it stands now, they took US$24.93 from me! I don’t recommend this plugin at all. Use it at your own risk and good luck in getting a prompt response from them, specially if they literally don’t have an answer for their own problems. Avoid like the plague would be my best advice.

   Twice already this plugin disables my purchase process by defacing the form and making it impossible for my buyers to make a purchase. For over 30 days I made no sales just to find out it was because this plugin was causing problems with the purchase process on my website, forcing the purchase form into a popup with requested fields inapplicable to the buyers. Consequently, the buyers could not proceed with the purchase until one of them notified me of his difficulties. I will never use this plugin again because this exact same problem already happened twice! While I appreciate their efforts in making it possible to reach Latin American buyers, I just cannot rely on a plugin with a history of technical issues resulting in sales process to be disabled.
