   The Edwiser support is very responsive and was able to resolve the issue, Test connection on both the Moodle and WordPress. It took me a week trying to reinstall again and again testing the connection of Webservice between my Moodle site and WordPress. Finally, Edwiser support solve the issue. The issue was the test connection on the WordPress site was not going through because of the local host file was set to null. The fix it good. It took a while, more than a week, due to some passing of tier support. Edwiser fixed it. Kudos to the tech guy at Edwiser Windlabs!

   It works – most of the time – but be prepared for poor documentation, poor UI – the settings control panel is really laid out and confusing – sketchy support and constant popups hassling you to upgrade no matter if you have the free or the a fully licensed pro version. I’m actively looking at alternatives.

   I’ve been trying to configure the Edwiser Bridge pro plugin for months and I wasn’t satisfied with the result because there are some extra-unnecessary steps before the customer can access the course on moodle after paying their order on woocommerce. For me, the problem is that the documentation is not clear in explaining how to set up both of these 2 plugins, so you need to test. And that what’s I did. And everytime I noticed a problem I asked for help to the edwiser’s team and they gave me the support that I needed. Now the plugin is finally working as I expect.
