Biggest opportunity: Swap “ups” and “usps” for “australia” and “multi”. “ups” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “australia” sits at #17 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “usps” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “multi” sits at #24 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →2.4%
of downloads still active
At least 300 of 12.5K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Uncategorized plugin keeps 0.6%, across 17,786 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Uncategorized plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 11 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Swap “ups” and “usps” for “australia” and “multi”.
- One page off on “australia post”. #12 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.
- One page off on “dhl express”. #12 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.
- One page off on “fedex”. #15 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.

What its installed base runs
via wordpress.orgShare of active installs on each version of this plugin. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.
Estimated active installs
The public count shows “300+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Crossed into this band 23 days ago and a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, so the real count is still just under 400.

First of all, I would like to appreciate their excellent customer service, both pre-sale and after-sale. I was promptly and professionally attended since the very first requests. Dixit, especially, was very attentive and eager to help us solve any issue, to ensure the API integration is fully functional. As for their software, it has a clean code, clear interface, and useful fine-tuning settings, which makes it easy to use, and comes packed with the most essential features. It is certainly a great addon for any WooCommerce website that needs a shipping plugin.
