   Imagine it stops working, you paid for year of support, right? Yep, nope , no support at all. Automated system creates support ticket, auto email to you and that’s it. No live person, no following up with email, nothing. In the meantime nobody can buy your tickets. I advise to look for some other plugin or a ticketing portal that you can embed into your wordpress, or if its simple use WPforms, you can create simple ticketing via them. We used them last year and it worked perfectly, not as slick as this plugin but again if this breaks….well you out of luck

   Otherwise simple and useful but does not work. Option to remove data when uninstalling does not remove data. Therefore(?) reinstalling brakes something in the database. Links to docs appear but they are dead. This was my afternoon experience.

   When Event tickets is activated, the Kadence design library doesn’t work – scrolling through available themes in the Starter Packs in the Design Library is blocked. Having to deactivate and then reactivate a plugin each time you want to make edits to a page or add sections from the Starter Pack isn’t ideal.    Great support, really appreciate the quick responses from support – they always know how to help. We are testing out the Seating add-on on one site of a multisite and I was having issues getting started – support was able to tell me what was needed to get it working. The add-on is intuitive and easy to use, will work well for our application. Much appreciated, always happy with Events/Tickets plugins and support.
