   The plug-in is abandoned. I managed to use it until mid-2020 but further WP updates became incomattable. The plugin no longer shows in the edit screen. Uninstalled, using Media Library Assistant instead.

   I have been using this plugin for the past 3 years now and it works great. However, it seems like the plugin author has stopped updating and some things don’t work like they used to. My only drawback as to why I didn’t give it a 5/5 is because I have a simple problem that when I upload my pics, lets say from 1-10 in ascending order they upload fine. However, When I click “save”, the images are then show in descending order from 10-1. This causes a problem when I want to use the mass edit feature because the images get updated in reverse order. It is not a major deal breaker but it is an inconvenience and time consuming. I have looked around for a solution but have not been able to find one and it seems others were having this problem too. I have also looked in my media.php files to see if there was something there but was unsuccessful with that too. Mr David Frank would you be so kind to let me know how to fix that? Thank you.

   This was a really useful plugin but it’s now not up to date and it seems there is no chance of that happening. It breaks the WP edit post page causing Javascript errors making post management impossible. Don’t install it! This topic was modified 5 years, 11 months ago by Anonymous User 6087458.

   I am using the plugin “Faster image insert” version 2.1.0 in 3.1.0 word press. it’s not working properly i am uploading the images in bulk upto 300 but it’s not uploading upto 300 it only uploading 111-125 i also renames the images titles upto 300 but it also renaming 111-125. same task working properly in my localhost what’s the problem behind it please anybody let me know. I am waiting…. Thanks in advance

   Great! An all in one program where I can add alt text, reverse insert images, add a gallery if i wanted to or insert separate images and play with other settings all in one place. However: 1. not intuitive controls. If you select ascending order or descending order, make sure to click save changes otherwise it wont save! 2. there is no way to batch select photos from the set of photos you uploaded. What if I only wanted to insert 100 of the 300 ive uploaded? I have to check that 100 one by one 3. if you want to delete photos, you must get into your ftp and delete from the wp-contents folder. even then, i cant seem to delete the references to the deleted images within faster image insert (clogs up the uploaded view) would like to see if there are any work arounds for this.
