   Good job. Allows me to easily see which posts have a featured image or not in the admin screen. The “Set featured image” link for posts that don’t – is a real time saver. Well done!P.S. Bonus would be if you could choose the column to display “Thumb” as it would be nice in the first or third column of the admin screen.
