   I have contacted support in the name of my company Maksimer with 2 issues regarding Flexible invoices plugin and KSeF integration. Got a prompt response that they will work on the issue soon. Usually that can mean a lot of things but was really amazed that in a matter of week I got a response that both issues will resolved in their new plugin versions.    Moved our invoices over to Flexible Invoices and it was a disaster. Paid for the premium version as I wanted them to be automated. No issues there but then it turns out you have to pay for another plugin to disable the automated emails sent to buyers. This is then another plugin I have to pay for and manage/update. Completely unnecessary. The customer support is slow to respond, and emails bounce back when you reply. So have to create a new ticket for each reply making it hard to follow. Just overall comes across as an amateur company.

   Niby wszystko super, ale żeby załączyć fakturę PDF do maila trzeba rozszerzyć plugin, czyli znowu dopłacać. Chcesz zmienić szablon? Również płać. Znowu:) Nie polecam, żałuję, że nie skusiłem się na alternatywę która ma wszystko w jednej cenie.
