How it's measured →0.8%
of downloads still active
At least 600 of 71.9K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,167 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 12 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Your five tags are all earning their place. Each gets you onto page 1 of its own search, so none is worth giving up. “express”, “shipping insurance” and “live rates” (#7, #7 and #9 untagged) would be the next worth testing if a slot frees up.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

What its installed base runs
via wordpress.orgShare of active installs on each version of this plugin. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.
Estimated active installs
The public count shows “600+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Crossed into this band 33 days ago and a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, so the real count is still just under 700.
At the current install trend, crossing 700+ in roughly 512 days.

I was trying to use a DHL plugin. It comes up from WordPress Store. After activating everything with correct key, it doesn’t let me choose the DHL as shipping method for any zone. I was searching if there’s any error in my website. When I was searching on google, I found out that free plugin doesn’t offer zone specific option. So, it will be showing up to all the zone. That would be fine if it would have done so! It doesn’t even show up on any zone. A waste of time! This topic was modified 3 years, 3 months ago by totulbd.

Just finished a little bit of testing. So far I get exactly the same prices as in my contract with DHL. It saves me a lot (A LOT!!!) of work to always get updated prices right into the shop. Thank you!
