   The plugin does work but there is NO support available via their so called 24/7 ticketing system – my tickets are sitting on their system for over a week but no response came back even after reminders. Without much needed support the advanced features are not practical and there is no documentation available. Why invest in paid version if you end up with a simple gallery?

   Do not give them your money!!!!! On the front end a “loading images” message appears and won’t go away even though all images have loaded. On the back end only the first 40 images appear on the image management page. I purchased the paid version and I am supposed to receive “premium” support. I created a support ticket and have received zero response after more than two weeks. I am now using a different gallery plug-in. I have deleted the Ape Gallery plug-in and I am going to do a charge-back on my credit card.
