Biggest opportunity: Swap “video” for “conferences”. “video” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “conferences” sits at #5 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

Install conversion
How it's measured →2.3%
of downloads still active
At least 200 of 8.9K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Media plugin keeps 0.8%, across 2,319 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Media plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 4 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.
| Keyword | wp.org | On merit | wp.org move, 90 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| vue3 your tag | #1 | #1 | 0 |

15 searches this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 8 listed. 7 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 1 of its tags isn't in the top 24 for their own search.
What to do about it
- Swap “video” for “conferences”. “video” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “conferences” sits at #5 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

Directory rank
Ranked about #11,300 to #12,900, alongside the other plugins at 200+ installs. Plugins with the same install count swap places between wp.org requests, so this is where most of them sit. Checked monthly, last on 21 Oct 2026.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence
Actively maintainedHow often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

The ability to use your own Jitsi server helps a lot.

———————– Google Translate It is a plugin with a lot of potential, however in version 5.7 of WordPress it presents incompatibility. It alters the colors and fonts used in the dashboard which makes it incompatible with some plugins. In the future (and even as a paid option) it would be interesting to incorporate a search engine for meetings created and the date of the last access for when they accumulate too many to be able to clean. Despite the above, I think this is the best conference and meeting plugin that I have tried. My congratulations to the author. This topic was modified 5 years, 3 months ago by orangejuizze.

Este es el plugin que realmente estaba buscando, tengo mi propio servidor para Jitsi Meet, pero voy a usarlo con este plugin para que las personas se conecten a la URL de mi sitio web WordPress. Gracias por tu mágnifica aportación.

The service provided by this plugin is excellent, you should invest in a paid version to remove the Jitsi logo among other options. Regards!

This is absolutely amazing! I tried out a buddymeet plugin using jitsimeet, but it doesn’t like my installation setup I guess as it always throws an error. But when I tested this plugin out, it works great! Just wish I could edit the title “hello I’m here” on the page I put it on to be the chatroom name. Otherwise, love this!!! Seriously ALL the features!
