   Excellent support. We discovered an AJAX compatibility issue between HTML5 Audio Player Pro and FacetWP. Support responded quickly, released an update (v2.7.7), and provided a clean, officially supported JavaScript solution. The issue was resolved completely. Great communication and excellent technical support. We really rely on HTML5 Audio Player Pro to give us the best UX to potential clients. For a business that relies on audio file demonstration, this first impression is critical.

   This free player is only slightly different from the default WP player. The only thing it adds is a mute button where you click to control volume. Mute? Does that even make sense?I was disappointed that this WordPress page describes being able to edit to match my colours and branding but every single function seems locked behind the pro version.

   After seeking help they just dropped off. They do not support Media Session API for lock screen controls, so when the mobile browser goes to the Lock Screen, the player stops. And of course they will keep my money even though it never worked. THESE ARE NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE.

   We were looking for a player which gave us the ability to download. The HTML5 Audio Player gave us that plus the ability to change all the settings. Installation was nothing more than downloading the plugin, activating it and clicking on a setting in the plugin to swap out the current player with the HTML5 Audio Player
