I tried it with a choice of three themes (Modality, Modularity Lite & Exclusive) – Modularity Lite: the background pattern vanishes – Modularity Lite & Exclusive: the Main Menu gets unset, and instead the themes show a list of the Pages. Of course, these problems might have more to do with the themes’ code than with this plugin.

Because of the fact, that theme selection bar is situated at the top, it damages some themes with fixed navigation bar. To fix that I changed some rows in ijm-theme-bar-css.php file: -delete (or comment by <!– –>) rows 23-29; -on rows 33 and 35 change “top:0px;” and “top:28px;” to “bottom:6em;”
