   Good plug in,, but what really sucks is that there is NO SEARCH OF ANY KIND on the free app.. I have seen all the other FREE real estate plug ins DO have search,,, which is most helpful when searching for homes…. Not even a basic simple search!

   On the surface this appears to be a fantastic plug-in. The free version posted here is broken. The open house feature messes up your property listing layout and there is no way to turn it off. The plug-in author was made aware of this, almost a year ago, and he made the corrections for his paid version. Sadly, he would rather you buy this correction, instead of updating it here. After researching the code, I noticed that the issue with the page layout was deliberate. The author has created “fake pages” to prevent you from adding content to the plug-in pages. This also causes problems with the page titles in most themes. The program was originally written using the standard WordPress methods, but was changed prior to publishing. Why? I realize this author comes to us from Joomla and he apparently does not grasp what makes WordPress great. No one here is afraid to support a great plug-in. Had the author provided a working plug-in and offered additional features for a fee, not only would I have given a 5 star rating, but I would have also bought his enhancements. I will not be paying for updates to a broken free plug-in. The method for adding a gallery to the property listing is quite confusing. After playing with it for a while, it does allow for a lot of flexibility for adding pictures to the property listing. The issue is, most “Agents” don’t want a complicated way to do things and if it’s too confusing, they won’t use it. Administrators don’t want agents to have access to all of the sites media. This could have easily been avoided by limiting the media content to the agent or company uploads. What good is it to be able to list the company if you can’t see the agents associated with that company or see the agents and not be able to see which properties that agent posted? The plug-in should have included at least a basic search feature for bedrooms, baths and price. If they want to charge for an advanced search add on, that would be acceptable. As it is now, it is worthless if you have more than a handful of properties. Finally, the plug-in author does not seem to support non-subscribers or answer emails from potentially new subscribers. Many support issues have gone unanswered and they do not respond to emails. If the plug-in author were to address and correct these issues, I’d be happy to change my rating. I’d also like to point out that it is more profitable to have thousands of customers purchase add-ons at a reasonable price than it is to get a few dozen subscribers to pay a ridiculous fee for a bunch of stuff they may not want or need. If you take care of your customers, they will take care of you. Nobody likes lousy customer service.

   This showed great potential, and as mentioned in other reviews, the joomla version works as it should. I do have MASSIVE issues with this plugin though, the way it handles posts is my biggest irk, but also their premium services around it have rubbed me in every wrong way imaginable. They are forcing their own design out as the content of your page, then ending any loading of your page, this messes with your abilities to make themes around it without modifying the plugin it self (leaving you unable to upgrade at a later date, because then you’ll lose the modifications you had to make). Yes, they sort of mention this in their plugin description, but in a very obscure way. Would also avoid their paid services that are linked to with a pro version of this plugin, after having looked over all the potential property plugins, this is by far the best one out there, but their site has no actual download link for the paid for pro version, they’ve not responded to my pre-sales question per e-mail in a week (even though their site mentions you should e-mail them first, but I was getting short on time and figured that buying it for the features I need, then customizing that would be sufficient). They have a support forum, but to my joy I was granted with an “access denied” for my premium user on their site when attempting to use it. I’m not an unfair man though, the free plugin does what it should, although being somewhat obscure in its information to its users, but if you advertise pro versions here, I feel it’s important that others know what to expect for their money.

   I posted several problems I am having with IProperty (a pale copy of EZrealty which started as a Joomla component) – the late replies – that I never got in my emails by the way so I was not even aware of any reply – was “Hi– this is the “Questions About IP” forum. Please do not post support questions here. Moving to IP Support Forums” I AM ON THE SUPPORT FORUM!!! I checked several times back and forth and I WAS on the support forum…sheeeshhh…. $225 for one year!!! WOW…for $225 you get no support at all? I mean really??? I had to pay another $200 to a programmer so he could fix all the problems. TOPIC: Error with images upload – Never got a reply – posted 2 weeks ago. And NO it was not my themes. Glitch in the plugin. I tested it on other test sites with basic WP themes and I had the same problems. NOT FIXED with your team that’s for sure. TOPIC: All properties page – sent me to another forum > I WAS ON THE RIGHT SUPPORT FORUM. 2 weeks ago TOPIC: Double title – Double bullets – not my theme either – tested it with basic wp theme and same result – sent me to another forum > I WAS ON THE RIGHT SUPPORT FORUM. 2 weeks ago And on and on. The only reply I got for the “install failed” because you have to extract from the zip like five time to get to the right folder – I never received the email that I had a reply so..I never checked again. I finally found the solution myself. So here we are – paying a bunch of money for a plugin that frankly could be great but NOT a nice team at all – no support or stupid useless reply – no email when by miracle someone replies. I know WordPress plugins for real estate are really virtually all bad – again, this one could be great with a little work fixing the problems and a much nicer team to work with would be even better. Cost me all together near $400 so all the bugs are fixed now and it looks nice. Fix the bugs we are talking about in your forum instead of ignoring us – be nice and you will be almost there! A stupid detail frankly: instead of having 4 folders that gives you an “Install failed” CAN YOU FIX that??? I mean really! Should not be too hard and your clients would stop asking you why it does not install. This post will probably disappear but at least you will read it so hopefully that will help others. Thanks

   No MLS integration or RETS plugin, problem with styling responsive layouts. Not much other innovating features. High premium price for standard plugin what you can get for free somewhere else. Their Joomla product is excellent BTW
