   We regret purchasing this plugin as it has not worked as expected for our project. After installation and configuration, we encountered issues with core functionality. Important features were not saving properly, which makes the system unreliable for real-world use. We shared detailed information, including a screen recording and admin access, so the issues could be reviewed directly, but the problems remain unresolved. This project is intended for medical professionals who are not technical users, so a system that requires continuous troubleshooting is not practical. Instead of helping us move forward, the plugin has caused delays and additional workload. We have used other booking solutions on different websites without any problems, which confirms that the issue is not related to our environment but to the plugin’s reliability in our case. At this point, we cannot recommend this plugin. We have spent both time and money trying to make it work and are currently waiting for a resolution.

   Hello, Restricting the use of official national calendars in an open-source ecosystem like WordPress is, in practice, ignoring cultural diversity and real user needs. Just as WordPress supports multiple languages and scripts, calendars are also part of users’ identity. When a powerful plugin like KiviCare does not allow the use of the Jalali calendar, it effectively excludes a large group of users. This feels like a form of discrimination and goes against the very spirit of the open-source community, which should remain open and extendable for everyone. We strongly believe that enabling support (or providing hooks) for official calendars such as Jalali (Iran), Indian, Hebrew, or Chinese will not only satisfy users but also strengthen KiviCare’s growth and reputation worldwide.

   Too many useless features that are required. It’s impossible to enter information I need, because it is linked to the useless required fields. I have to enter different e-mail for each doctor. The reception handles all the bookings, so I want to enter the same address for everyone, or none, but this is not possible. Doctor profile – I need to enter specialization and medical degree; why do I need to know which year they graduated ?! I should be able to organize services by specialties, so that patients can find them when selecting a specialty. They do not care about about my internal category system, neither shouldn’t they? I gave it 2 stars because I like the layout. Overall, it looks promising, maybe you guys should consult with people working in healthcare system.    Plugin lacks of important features: Apointment synchronization with google calendar: if i have booked hours in my google calendar kivikare does not care and let users book apointments in these hours.Therefore there is no possibility to approve apointments manually. The lack of these 2 features make this plugin useless for real life clinic enviroment.We’ll probably opt for calendy witch have all these features in the free version. (and we do have pro version fo kivicare. 🙁 ) This topic was modified 3 years ago by rizoma.
