   We’ve been using Masteriyo LMS to build our online learning platform, and I’m genuinely impressed with what it delivers. The setup was straightforward. I was able to get from registration to publishing courses without any friction. The interface is clean and intuitive—nothing feels overly complicated or hidden. We use it for course management, student tracking, learning progress, and community features. Everything we needed is built in without requiring additional plugins. Pricing-wise, we looked at RunDash and MyTutor before choosing Masteriyo. For the functionality you get, the pricing is really reasonable. That was a key factor in our decision. But honestly, what impressed me most was the support. Samir’s response time is incredibly fast.    I’m an educator who has used Canvas and Google Classroom and experimented with Creator LMS and Tutor LMS. Among these, Masteriyo is very straightforward, allowing the instructor to set up the course with ease. One can embed different media outlets and platforms, like YouTube, and upload files. I am particularly happy with the little touches that allow students feel like they are part of a course with the Question section and the Certificate. At first, it was difficult for a non-computer savvy person to add the plugin to the wordpress.com platform. I’ve had my share of complications (connecting Stripe, integrating Google Classroom, and Checkout display) but Samir helped me step-by-step to integrate the plugin. As I’ve discovered, Masteriyo thought of everything but I just needed some help learning the ‘language’ to set up the plugin.

   I am highly disappointed with the Masteriyo plugin. It has caused nothing but frustration. Major settings refuse to stick, I configure everything exactly how I need it, but the moment the page refreshes, it resets as if I did nothing at all. To make matters worse, the email verification feature completely fails to work. While the certificate feature technically works, the design is incredibly ugly and customizing it to look even remotely professional is a massive, difficult headache. This plugin is simply not reliable for a live site. I cannot recommend it.

   I want to express my huge gratitude to the Masteriyo team for creating a truly high-quality LMS! This is the best learning management system I’ve ever worked with. The plugin is incredibly fast — pages load instantly. The interface is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details: it’s convenient for both students and instructors. Everything is intuitive and doesn’t require a long learning curve. A special plus for the excellent responsive design — everything works perfectly on both mobile devices and desktops. I really appreciate the numerous native integrations with payment systems without needing to install WooCommerce. This simplifies setup and reduces the load on the website. But most importantly — Masteriyo works stably! No unexpected crashes or conflicts. Everything runs smoothly and reliably. I especially want to highlight the technical support. The team is amazing! When questions arise (as they do with any product), they don’t just send template responses — they genuinely dive into your situation and provide personalized help.
