Works perfectly in WordPress 6.6.1, and prevents other users from editing or deleting admin notes. Notes can be edited as HTML with formatting and can insert images. The notes can be collapsed which is a huge benefit if we are adding a lot of content with instructions for clients. Thank you! One thing though: the advertised plugin preview picture at the top of the page belongs to another plugin, and does not look like this one at all. What it says on the tin: this plugin will let you post dashboard notes across all sites in a multisite network, which is super valuable. I’m running on current WordPress (5.5.3, as I type this), and it’s fine.
