   I would prefer just one file size to be shown initially as two or three different ones are perhaps just confusing for my client, and could equally be shown on hover or something like that. Very useful and simple. does what it says on the tin.

   This plug-in does exactly what we need it to do: shows the size of the file(s) used for each media item. There are two problems, one small, one big: You may need to increase the memory of your WP installation if you have a lot of media. I don’t think we’re alone in importing and exporting our sites: getting date from the live site to use in development and local versions of the site. This often leads to media posts in the database that don’t relate to an actual file on the this, broken media items. If you have any of those, if the plug-in can’t find the actual file to measure, it breaks, badly. You need a try/catch around the code where it measures the file(s). This would make it perfect. Thanks!
