Publish dialog is unclickable due to a z-index issue (used firebug to fix). Being unable to edit an existing survey is not ideal and the display method leaves a lot to be desired – displays all surveys, and at the top of the page (before all other content, even the header). Could also use a way to see some survey statistics instead of looking through every single submission. Nice functionality for a free plugin otherwise. With some fixes/upgrades could become a paid one.

Want to add more than one question to a survey, good luck and have fun with the dozens of clicks and constant re-selecting the drop down defaults AGAIN and AGAIN after you add the first question. Several full page reloads to add more than one question. The question entry flow isn’t logical at all and takes way way way too much time to enter multiple questions on the same page. Absolutely ridiculous to use for anything more than one single question for a survey.
