Vou repetir o review, ele segue as regras do wordpress, (tentei o suporte primeiro antes de classificar o plug-in). Esta foi a mensagem que deixei e que foi apagada, logo a seguir alguém deixou uma classificação de 5 estrelas (estranho): “O plug-in é muito bom mas tem um defeito enorme, o login expira o que impede por completo a geração automática de faturas. Isto é altamente impeditivo, temos de ter uma rotina diária de ir ver se o plug-in precisa dos dados de login. Já tentámos que a equipa de suporte corrigi-se isto mas sem sucesso.” A resposta: “Bom dia, O plugin funciona com base em tokens de sessão, e essas mesmas tokens têm um prazo de validade. Por uma questão de segurança, optamos por não renovar as tokens se o plugin estiver “inactivo”. A token que gere a sessão tem ainda uma validade bastante grande, pelo que se tiver ativa por exemplo a opção de sincronização de stocks, sempre que o plugin actualiza os stocks, as tokens são renovadas. Se tiver por exemplo a opção de inserir automaticamente os artigos no Moloni, sempre que um artigo for actualizado no WooCommerce, as tokens são renovadas. Deverá apenas garantir que se encontra na versão mais recente do plugin, e só deverá perder a sessão caso não haja interacção com o plugin num prazo de 10 dias.” Esta estratégia de manter a sessão activa tem uma falha fundamental, a geração de faturas não renova o token. No nosso caso temos cerca de 50 a 100 faturas a serem geradas automaticamente quando a encomenda passa a wc-completed e temos a sincronização de stocks e artigos desactivada por razões que podemos explicar se for importante. Como tal temos de andar diariamente a aceder ao plug-in para verificar se precisa de login. Outra questão é que o token não expira em 10 dias, o tempo não é determinístico, às vezes são 10 dias e por vezes perde a validade em dois dias. A criação de uma fatura deveria renovar o token, ou criem uma alternativa à validação, por exemplo, a criação de um access token apenas valido ao domínio onde está instalado o plug-in e que não expire.
