   There are plenty of guides on the web recommending ‘membership’ plugins for creating an intranet. Generally, those plugins are complex, and designed to entice readers to join by leaving some teaser content non-private. If you’re just trying to make a private intranet – for example one that your employees know about, and just need them to be logged in to see absolutely anything, then this plugin does the trick. It’s incredibly simple, and can be used network-wide (i.e. set up once and for all to make every subsite private).
