Biggest opportunity: “contact form”, “contact form builder” and “contact form plugin” aren't earning a slot. You list them, but you're not in the first 24 results for those searches. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so free the slot for a search you can win.

How it's measured →0.6%
of downloads still active
At least 200 of 36.3K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median Forms plugin keeps 1.3%, across 1,668 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Forms plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
High removal-risk signals
63/100Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.
- Long abandoned. No update in 6+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
- Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 5.2.30, well behind 6.8.

Reviewer account pattern
from wp.org reviewer profiles17 of the last 22 four- and five-star reviews came from accounts created within a month of posting the review, and 9 of those landed between 2015-01-08 and 2015-01-24.
Registering a wp.org account just to leave a review is common and often entirely legitimate. The share here is unusually high for the sample, so it's worth keeping in mind while reading the reviews.

Easy to install. Easy to use. If all you need is a simple but custom contact form, look no further.

Does what it says on the tin. The developer has struck the ideal balance between (a) ease of use by average user and (b) the complexities that more advanced users require.

I don’t say it is bad, but competition has many many more options to configure and make forms and emails functional and beautiful without digging in a code. Most importantly I was disappointed by how email created with this plugin looked like and that I could not answer this email to email address given in this plugin. Maybe I can set it up by doing something, just saying that in other plugin I have it right away.

This is the best free, simple contact form I have used. Its drag and drop, there are JUST enough options to make it useful, the GET variable field can be useful. If you dont need the power and price of a paid form, and dont need the complexity of contact form 7, this is the one!

Now THIS is a good contact form plugin. And a good forum support too.

This plugin is just brilliantly designed. Simple to use and easily customizable, all the basic stuff are here. But the advantage of this plugin is its design, kudos to the author, you’ve done an amazing job designing this plugin. Well done!!!
