As is, this plugin is incompatible with Yoast SEO. But you can fix this by: Edit no-title-tooltips/no-title-tooltips.php and delete the last few empty (!) lines. This way Yoast’s xml sitemap will be generated without an extra line at the beginning.

Works well, but unfortunately, it seems to work by disabling the Titles or Alt Text attribute altogether (though it says it remains in the page)? Was hoping it would work in a way that it would disable the tooltip popup when mouseover/hovering an image thumbnail… but still keep the attribute so that they could still exist as a caption within a lightbox of a clicked image. Right now, activating this plugin also removes them (which I use as a descriptive caption) from my image lightboxes.

I don’t think this plugin does leave the title within the code for the search engines. When I look at the code, it’s not there. That’s unfortunate.
