Es una pésima pasarela de pagos, intente implementarla en 2 tiendas y en las 2 tiendas falló, En la primera en ambiente de pruebas todo bien, pero al pasarla a producción falló intentamos hacer la primera prueba en producción y falló desde el primer intento, ya llevamos más de 1 mes esperando la solución de esta primera tienda. En la segunda tienda no funcionó desde el ambiente de pruebas y llevamos 1 semana sin solución y el soporte técnico en ambos casos solo contestan “Canalicé toda la información que me proporcionaste y me encuentro en espera de retroalimentación por parte del área especialiasta, esperando una pronta solución.” hasta con faltas de ortografía. No dan tiempos estimados de solución, y como tienen un limite de respuesta de 48hrs, pues al llegar a esas 48hrs contestan que resolvieron el problema cuando no es cierto, me imagino que para evitar que los regañen sus superiores, si este tipo de problemas suceden previos a entrar a producción, no quiero imaginarme cuando ya este de lleno en producción, que pena.

Or they looked right for a flash of time, and then some elements jumped to wrong sizes and positions. La primer impresión había sido que “Funcionaba sin problema. Instalado en WooCommerce Versión 10.1.2 sobre WordPress 6.8.2″… ya no… A menos de una semana de haber instalado y configurado, nos encontramos que en el CheckOut de WooCommerce, ya no se muestra la descripción para pago con tarjeta (i.e. la leyenda “Pago con Tarjeta de Crédito o Débito” ni el logo), lo cual confunde a los clientes. Por otro lado, en cada una de las dos actualizaciones del plugin que ha habido desde que instalamos, cada vez ha habido que configurar nuevamente porque en cada actualización pierde la configuración. El soporte? – Tras levantar un ticket, se encargaron de cerrarlo en las primeras horas del día siguiente como si ya estuviera resuelto el problema, y nos solicitaron un video detallado, siendo que ya habíamos enviado fotos de la pantalla.
