Removal-risk signals

51/100

Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.

  • Long abandoned. No update in 13+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
  • No tested-up-to version. The listing declares no "Tested up to" version.

Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

It starts becoming annoying. I just want little poll. And, no I do not want to play a lot. Lots off plugins here. Lots of reading, installing trying, And than at last you see you must have to pay for it. deinstalling. The problem is not that I have to pay for it. If it is worth for me, I can decide. But just tell it from start. Not at the end, after I try to make settings. It does not even tell you on the site what the price is.

You don’t explain what “channels” are, and apparently if a poll isn’t connected to a channel it doesn’t work? It didn’t make sense to me. I tried embedding the poll on a post, and it didn’t show up at all.

It seems a good tool. I created a quiz but can’t embed it in my website even if i followed all the right steps.
