High removal-risk signals

63/100

Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.

  • Long abandoned. No update in 12+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
  • Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 3.7.41, well behind 6.8.

Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

This plugin saves a lot of time! Thank you for developing it, it is really helpful! regards, andi PS: in case anyone is wondering why it doesn`t work with Custom Post Types (CPTs) out of the box: go to Settings – Post Navigator and activate the CPTs.

I think it’s important not to limit the functionality to only normal posts and pages. The plugin should work also for custom post types. Beside this, the plugin is great, I would rate five starts if it covered custom post types. Thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This plugin simply saved me soo much time and aggravation. I have many many files that each needed a simple update and this plugin made the whole process incredibly easy! Future suggestion: Previous and Next within a particular subset/search term. Thanks again!

This plugin is really helpful and saves a bunch of time while editing. I would give 5 stars if the support for WPML was there, but I read it’s coming ! Really a must have !

It’s simple, effective, and does it’s job quite well. From a developer’s perspective, the code is clean, easy to read, and well constructed. I did notice one small bug, however. The Prev / Next buttons at the top of the screen don’t work completely with custom post types. Instead of going to the next item in the post type, they move the user back to the standard Post post type. Keep up the good work!
