Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

low confidence

Est. annual revenue

≈$470 range $120–$1.8K

Est. acquisition value

≈$900 range $180–$4.5K

A small install base leaves thin data to model from. A declining trend compresses what a buyer would pay. The range spans more than 10x because wp.org publishes install counts as broad bands, and conversion and price compound on top. Read the midpoint as an order of magnitude, not a valuation.

How we estimate this

Assumptions

  • Free → paid conversion. 0.5%–2% of active installs pay for the pro tier. Typical for freemium WordPress plugins; the real rate varies a lot by product.
  • Annual price per customer. $49–$149 a year, typical for Email & Marketing plugins rather than this plugin's own pricing.
  • Acquisition multiple. 1.5x–2.5x annual revenue, the going range for small WordPress-plugin businesses, compressed because the install trend is declining.
  • Install base. 500–600 active installs, from our install estimate (wp.org only publishes the floor).

Revenue is installs × conversion × price; value is revenue × a typical acquisition multiple. Every factor is an assumption band, so the output is a wide range on purpose. If you're buying or selling, treat this as a starting point for due diligence.

Started using it mainly for managing payouts and coupon tracking. Dashboard’s not the prettiest but gets the job done. Reports are solid. Took a bit to learn but worth it.

Post Affiliate Pro has been an absolute game-changer for our affiliate marketing efforts! From the moment we started using it, I was impressed by how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Setting up campaigns and tracking affiliates has never been this seamless. The reporting tools are detailed yet straightforward, giving us all the insights we need to optimize our strategies. I particularly love how customizable the platform is—it allowed us to tailor everything to fit our specific needs. What really stood out for me was their top-notch customer support. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, their team responded quickly and provided clear, helpful solutions. They genuinely seem to care about their customers’ success. Thanks to Post Affiliate Pro, we’ve seen a significant increase in our affiliate program’s performance. It has not only saved us time but also boosted our revenue. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking to streamline their affiliate marketing! This topic was modified 1 year, 6 months ago by chusama786.

I have used Post Affiliate Pro for several years and have installed and tried ALL the other ones! I can honestly say that PAP is the most complete and robust there is and can do commission payouts and tracking that other companies have told me that it can’t be done. Now the not so good… get ready for a learning curve, this is not a 5 minute setup, there are literally hundreds of different options and settings. Bottom line, yes it’s the highest cost of most any of the others, but if price is not a problem then they are the best!

After 3 years of using Post Affiliate Pro (PAP), and having tried 3 other services, I can share with experience that PAP is the easiest service out there to not only easy build your affiliate program, but also grow your affiliate network. It is trusted among merchants and future affiliates and thus onboarding becomes easy. The merchant panel where affiliates get to see their dashboard is friendly and intuitive. While for the company running the program, it is easy to get a affiliate program up and running in no time and grow this segment of your business easily. I’d highly recommend PAP as a effective option to build your affiliate program!

This software was first one I was using for affiliate marketing and I am very satisfied. With Post Affiliate Pro I can simply monitor my business, campaigns and my co-operators, but I do not have to care about anything else. I can choose from many marketing options and features while setting affiliate campaigns (private or public), creating emails or promoting websites. can you do it now?
