What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

Est. acquisition value

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

The plugin adjusts the filter widget as filter options are selected, one at a time. This leads to a frustrating user experience where you have to wait a second or more between selecting filter options, as well as dealing with layout shifts as filters are removed from the widget dynamically. It’s not possible to disable the Javascript responsible for dynamically adjusting filters without breaking the feature. If it’s disabled, only a single filter option is applied when you hit the “submit” button. The plugin description and admin pages could make it more clear that there’s a Gutenberg block available (it’s currently only mentioned at the bottom of the plugin description), especially considering that the shortcode widget is only available in the premium version.

The purchased version of the plugin does not work. Technical support unsubscribes does what they fix, but in 6 months a new plugin could be developed

This is the worst plugin I have seen in my career. We can’t use free version no shortcode for front-end

He’s gorgeous. Even with free functionality, it performs better than other plugins, and most importantly faster. Он великолепен. Даже с бесплатной функциональностью он работает лучше, чем другие плагины, и, самое главное, быстрее.

The worst support ever. The plugin has conflict with WooCommerce Compare Products. After contacting the support cannot get any solution or even answer from the developer. Support only constantly says that I will be contacted within 24h, which is only a big LIE !

It has been one month ca since the premium version of this plugin was installed to two of our e-commerce sites. Initially it seemed to work well. After an update it crashed both sites. We contacted their support who alleged there was a conflict with another plugin. We supplied them with a cloned version of our site to find and examine the issue as requested (hoping they could release a new update which actually worked). Instead of taking this approach their customer support suggested we contact their sales department so that they could charge us to fix the conflict created by their own update. This is an excellent business strategy. Create a plugin and release updates which does not work and charge extra for it every time it makes your websites crash.. genius. We tried to get access to a more customer oriented manager who could see the broader picture but were denied by customer support. Nevertheless we made an effort to contact their sales team was and their CEO. We provided the thread from customer support and asked to be contacted by a manager to whom we could speak with. Still no reply. I would NOT recommend this plugin in any way currently or any other product from Premmerce. Their customer support is a real dissapointment and nobody else at the company seems to care enough to even respond. This topic was modified 5 years, 11 months ago by boris117.
