What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

Est. acquisition value

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from. The recent download trend is too spiky to read.

I reached out to SureFeedback support on 5th December, and I got an automated reply saying they have received my ticket, but I didn’t get any reply. Later, on 8th December, I left a message on Brainstorm Force’s website (parent company of SureFeedback) about my ticket from 5th December, and I got an automated reply saying they got my message. But I didn’t get a reply again. On the same date (8th December), I left a support ticket here on the SureFeedback plugin page on WordPress.org, but didn’t get any response. Now, I am writing this review on 9th December. ProjectHuddle was a great plugin with great support by Andre Gagnon. Brainstorm Force bought it and just put it aside. What a waste of a good plugin! I have been using this plugin on and off since it was known as “Project Huddle”. I came back to using it full time for our support tool for our clients 18 months ago. On a recent project we had 104 tasks successfully submitted on one site, and the client loved how easy it was to provide feedback. We recently experienced a very peculiar issue but only in one browser which took a few days to resolve with back and forth assistance from support – but it’s now resolved.Support is much more responsive now (Sep 2025) than previously experienced.Keep up the good work guys!

i was positively surprised by this app ; it’s a whole feedback system embedded in my WP website .We use it for our clients and internal project, support is also very reactive !

I’ve been using this plugin to get feedback on one project for several weeks now, and it’s been easy to use, both for me and for my client!

SureFeedback has been incredibly useful in reducing miscommunication with my clients on WordPress projects. Instead of endless email back-and-forth, all feedback is captured directly on the site, making it clear and actionable. It has saved me time, improved client satisfaction, and streamlined my entire workflow. Highly recommended!

It used to work really well when it was Project Huddle. Unfortunately it got sold to Brainstorm Force and now this plugin is simply useless. Comments are not saved, which is absolutely embarrassing (after my clients spent time commenting on the website, I had to go back and tell them that none of their comments were saved). I was able to replicate this issue time and time again. I tested so many things to try to find the problem, and my conclusion is simply that the product is terrible and trying to use it is a waste of time. After checking the reviews, I can see that many other users are having the exact same issue.

I am so disappointed. It doesn’t work well at all. This product is absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time. The bad reviews are true the good reviews are probably bots. This topic was modified 1 year, 4 months ago by actenova.
