Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

≈$4.4K range $1.2K–$15K

Est. acquisition value

≈$8.2K range $1.8K–$38K

A small install base leaves thin data to model from. A declining trend compresses what a buyer would pay. The range spans more than 10x because wp.org publishes install counts as broad bands, and conversion and price compound on top. Read the midpoint as an order of magnitude, not a valuation.

How we estimate this

Assumptions

  • Free → paid conversion. 0.5%–2% of active installs pay for the pro tier. Typical for freemium WordPress plugins; the real rate varies a lot by product.
  • Annual price per customer. $49–$129 a year, typical for WordPress plugins rather than this plugin's own pricing.
  • Acquisition multiple. 1.5x–2.5x annual revenue, the going range for small WordPress-plugin businesses, compressed because the install trend is declining.
  • Install base. 5K–6K active installs, from our install estimate (wp.org only publishes the floor).

Revenue is installs × conversion × price; value is revenue × a typical acquisition multiple. Every factor is an assumption band, so the output is a wide range on purpose. If you're buying or selling, treat this as a starting point for due diligence.

I can’t understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but it’s embarrassing to have 10 websites with such low conversion rates. For example, with 450 subscribers on one site, the click-through is only 1! I’ve tried other tools, and they work much better. Moreover, it’s unacceptable that after spending 800 USD, they include a link (an affiliate link… okay, but I’m not that interested) to their site. I mean… should I really be exposing my list to Larapush? Be careful when purchasing because it’s not very clear, but I’ll tell you: you need to buy a separate server to manage Larapush. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I’ve already activated Larapush and therefore they cannot refund me. This whole situation makes no sense. 800 USD wasted! Managing notifications on my WordPress site has never been easier. The simple installation and impressive response rates have significantly improved audience engagement. Additionally, Larapush’s subscription-free model for unlimited sites has saved us a lot of money, providing superior service compared to competing platforms. I highly recommend Larapush for its efficiency, costing and effectiveness.

Larapush has proven to be an exceptional push notification platform, especially in the wake of significant traffic losses due to a Google Core Update. Despite these challenges, Larapush successfully managed to sustain and even grow our website traffic. Over the past 9 months, we’ve gained an impressive 750K subscribers. The platform automates the entire process, from crafting templates and curating content to sending notifications at optimal times. This automation not only saves us time but also ensures that our audience receives timely and relevant updates, boosting engagement rates significantly. We’ve already seen outstanding results and have experienced a 30% increase in user retention. Additionally, Larapush offers robust analytics, allowing us to track the performance of our notifications and optimize our strategies continuously. The detailed insights provided have been instrumental in refining our content and targeting. Given these successes, we are now planning to further monetize our audience through an email newsletter, leveraging Larapush’s capabilities to drive even more value from our subscriber base.
