High removal-risk signals

63/100

Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.

  • Long abandoned. No update in 10+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
  • Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 4.4.34, well behind 6.8.

Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Estimated active installs

The public count shows “800+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

It removes them all and when i set on pages links, they still not work. Can you make an option to block only links on posts, but still keep them on pages please??

As a travel magazine, I’ve had tremendous problems with image theft, not just from smaller sites but also from large corporations who should know better (and would enforce their copyright, were I to have stolen one of their images). On a WordPress based site, a no right-click plugin doesn’t prevent someone from clicking on the image and THEN stealing it. The only way that can be prevented is to remove the image links. As I have over 1000 images on my site, I wasn’t relishing removing the link from every single image. Not only does this plugin do what it says it will do, it does it w/o causing problems with the site and original articles/images. Huge kudos to the developer(s) of this plugin! While this won’t stop the truly tenacious image thief, it WILL keep a huge percentage of the population who truly believes, “If it’s on the internet, it must be free).
